Wow! That's certainly quite an improvement.
A bit of snow and/or rock on the blobs might make 'em look a bit mountainy, if that's the desired goal.
What's the deal with the red coloured pipe? Is that the currently active pipe, a special type of pipe? Just curious [smile].

red highlight is the current active pipe, cant screen cap win32 cursors. Yah the art still needs tweaking a bit, but I think its got the look Id like now. The green blobs are mountains i think lol, but yah they are walls and you cant place pipe there.

I take it some of the tiles haven't been converted yet which is why there's a slight mish-mash of old with new. But are those green blobs meant to be mountains, or just generic "can't pass here" blobs? They still look good and I think they work with the game, they're just don't seem "mountainy" to me.
